Scope & impact

Premium brand positioning and luxury customer experience in a category where trust and presentation are the product.

01

Positioning

Exotic rental is a category that usually markets itself with noise: loud graphics, aggressive offers, borrowed status. RICE MOTORS was positioned in the opposite direction. Quiet, dark, precise, closer to a marque than a rental desk.

02

Brand system

An italic, engineered wordmark and a single-letter mark carry the brand across vehicle graphics, digital and print. Photography is consistently low-key and architectural: blacked-out cars, hard shadow, urban and industrial backdrops, minimal retouching.

  • Wordmark and R mark built for vehicle, digital and signage use
  • Fixed photography treatment so the feed reads as one catalogue
  • Restrained typography and near-monochrome palette
03

Digital & customer experience

The brand promise is only credible if the handover matches it. Enquiry, qualification, terms, delivery and return were designed as one sequence, in the same tone and with the same clarity as the visual work.

  • Booking and qualification flow designed as brand experience
  • Delivery and handoff scripted to the same standard as the imagery
  • Content system that keeps the public presentation coherent
04

Why it matters

It shows premium brand execution in a category judged in person, where the experience either confirms the brand or contradicts it.
